YeSake's Poke Bowls Hit $15, Past the Price Range Disney Still Lists

We re-read the 473 Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando menus we track on a rolling sweep, hash each one, and diff it against the last version we held. The September 10 sweep came back with two venues changed — and both had gone untouched in our records since late July, so what follows is a two-month diff rather than an overnight one. We can say exactly what moved. We cannot say which day it moved.

Every Build Your Own bowl at YeSake is now $15

YeSake Kiosk on the West Side of Disney Springs raised 14 prices at once — the largest single-venue repricing we have logged.

The Build Your Own Poke Bowl section moved as a block. Fresh Ahi Tuna, Fresh Salmon, Chicken Breast, Sliced Beef and Organic Tofu were each $12 and are each now $15, a 25% increase across all five proteins. The base choice (jasmine rice or seasonal greens) and the included toppings and sauces are described exactly as before.

The prepared bowls moved with them. YeSake's Favorite — sliced beef, lettuce, cabbage, onion, cucumber, pickled red ginger, tempura crunch, spicy mayo — went from $12 to $15. The Ahi Tuna Poke went from $14 to $15, and the Tofu Power Bowl from $13 to $14.

Our two prior captures of this menu, on June 11 and July 22, both held the old prices, so these are not a feed wobble that will revert. We pulled Disney's live menu feed again while writing this and it returns $15 for all eight bowls.

The drinks list moved further than the food

The steepest single increase was not a bowl. The Sake Cocktail went from $10 to $13, a 30% jump. Hot or Cold Sake went $8 to $9, Nigori Sake and the 4-ounce Strawberry Nigori Sake each $9.50 to $10, and Kirin Frozen Draft Beer $10 to $11. On the snack side, the Taiyaki — red-bean pastry with Bavarian cream — went $6 to $6.75.

Eight priced lines did not move: Sapporo Silver and Sapporo Black at $12, boba tea at $8, karaage at $7, the chicken bun at $6.50, assorted bottled beverages at $4.50, and the $1 avocado and seaweed salad top-ups.

Disney still lists the kiosk as "$14.99 and under"

YeSake's page on Disney's own site carries a price range of "$ ($14.99 and under per adult)". We checked it again today, after the increase: it still says that, while every bowl on the menu below it is $15. It is a listing field rather than a promise, and these fields lag. But for the moment Disney's own summary of the kiosk and Disney's own menu for the kiosk disagree.

We found no coverage of this repricing anywhere.

Two items off the menu, and a swap on water

Four lines came off YeSake entirely. The Florida Sunset — nigori cloudy sake with banana and peach Monin syrups and Dole pineapple juice — and the Florida Fresh Poke Bowl — chicken, vegetables, tempura crunch, roasted sesame dressing — were both listed without prices in our captures, so we have no dollar figure to report for either.

The other two are swaps. Bud Light at $8.75 was replaced by Kirin Light at $9.00, which fits a Japanese street-food kiosk better than the outgoing option. And DASANI Bottled Water at $3.50 was replaced by Smart Water at $6.25. The cheapest bottle of water at YeSake did not go up by a percentage; the cheap option was removed, and what took its place costs $2.75 more.

Schwab's swapped Mardi Gras for Halloween Horror Nights

At Schwab's Pharmacy in the Hollywood area of Universal Studios Florida, one menu section changed identity. What our July capture recorded as "Mardi Gras Speciality" is now "Halloween Horror Nights Speciality."

King Gator's — a praline ice cream shake with Mardi Gras–colored sweetened milk, sprinkles and a golden chocolate gator — came off at $12.99. Two shakes went on at the same $12.99:

• The Jack Shake — caramel cone ice cream milkshake with "Jack" whipped topping, a maraschino cherry and green sprinkles.
• The Oddfellow Shake — brownie à la mode ice cream milkshake with green whipped topping, edible glitter and a golden chocolate zodiac symbol.

Both were part of Universal's announced Halloween Horror Nights 2026 food lineup back in August, and the event itself opened August 28, so the shakes are not news. The timing of the menu page is. Universal Orlando's Mardi Gras ran February 7 through April 4. Our July 23 capture still had King Gator's on the standard menu page, more than three months after the event it belonged to had ended. It took the Halloween changeover to clear it.

Soft serve got cheaper

The only price cuts in this diff are at the same venue. Under the Serving Haagen Dazs heading, the Soft Serve Ice Cream Cone went from $7.29 to $5.99 and the Soft Serve Ice Cream Cup from $7.29 to $5.49.

Those are the exact prices the Dole Soft Serve section charges for its own cone and cup, so the two soft-serve sections now line up rather than sitting $1.30 and $1.80 apart. The Soft Serve Sundae is unchanged at $7.29. Powerade went up a single cent, $5.49 to $5.50, which is the sort of line we log and would not otherwise mention.

We confirmed every Schwab's figure against Universal's live menu data before publishing, and every YeSake figure against Disney's live menu API. Nothing in this diff rests on a single capture, and there were no description-only edits at either venue.
